I started Tomah Tech Hero because I kept seeing the same thing: people and small businesses around here who needed help with technology, but couldn't find anyone willing to just listen and advise. They end up buying the wrong thing, or nothing at all, because no one took the time to understand their real problem. Tech doesn't have to be that complicated. Most people just need a guide they can trust.
I've spent over 15 years in technology and app development. But the work I love most is closer to home, helping the folks around me: the shop owner without an IT department, the family who wants to know what's actually safe online, the parent whose laptop just died with years of photos on it. No jargon, no upsell, just someone local who wants to help.
